1. Platform Role
PumpDash is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent septic service providers. PumpDash is not a septic service company and does not employ any service providers. All work is performed by independent contractors.
2. For Homeowners
- Submitting a service request is free and does not obligate you to accept any bid.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your property and issue.
- Payment is processed only after you accept a provider's bid.
- PumpDash is not responsible for the quality of work performed by providers.
3. For Providers
- Providers must hold all required licenses and insurance for their service area.
- PumpDash charges a 20% platform fee on marketplace jobs.
- Providers must honor accepted bids and arrive within the estimated timeframe.
- Accounts may be suspended for repeated cancellations or customer complaints.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of job completion to report any issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
PumpDash is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpDash is not liable for damages arising from the use of this platform or services performed by providers.
