- To process payments between customers and providers through Stripe.
- To improve our platform and prevent fraud.
Information Sharing
Your contact information is shared only with the provider(s) matched to your request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Supabase for data storage, SendGrid for email, and Stripe for payments — each subject to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your service request data for up to 2 years to support follow-up services, warranty tracking, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
